IT'S WHO WE ARE
Bande Properties was established in 2013 by Mr Machevele who is a Civil engineer by profession. He holds a Bsc Structural Engineering qualification from Wits University and S4 Civil engineering diploma from Wits Technikon, Doornfontein Campus. He was later joined by Mr Ramalivhana who holds a diploma in Safety management and is a safety specialist. The aim of the organisation is to continue developing and improving quality of structures, while growing the skills of the employees. The company is comprised of 98 permanent employees and have 12 domestic sub-contractors (6 for building construction and 6 for civil works).
